If you are going through a hard time and having a mental health problem here are some tips I would give.


You can:

  • Look for help from a professional

  • Go out for example, a park, to the movies, with friends

  • Go to a calm space

  • Have somebody you trust to talk to

  • Listen to music you like or helps you calm down

  • Distract yourself for example, games on your phone or in person

  • Read a book

  • Do YOGA

In class I learned about some things necessary for a photo to be professional example something super important that the person is in a place with light and that it has a clean background also the way the person is dressed counts a lot for a professional photo and do not forget that professional photos are from shoulder to face. I learned to differentiate the photos that are prophetic from those that are not and I also wear it.


For example this photo is not professional because the faces do not look well.

Some of the things I learn about interviewing in my community are: that each person has a different way of expressing themselves on the same topic and the question that arose is why people with depression think that by not talking to anyone they are taking care of themselves?


Additionally, I learned to understand how people think and that not everyone feels comfortable talking about these issues and a question that arose is because you think that people who have depression are not mature enough to make a decision even if they are depreciable
